2. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
We accept various payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp for confirmation before shipping.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch your orders within 2-3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Jewelwish is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns and Refunds (Important)
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged or wrong products, a clear and continuous unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory. Without this video, we will not be able to process your request.
Return Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was sent.
Refunds: Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
